Coaching Sessions

All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and conducted at the agreed-upon time.

Each session is designed to provide personalized guidance and strategies to support your business growth.

Clients may not record, distribute, or share program materials without prior written consent.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

Missed sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Refund Policy

Due to the time, effort, and preparation involved in creating personalized coaching sessions, all payments are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or early termination of the program by the client.

Payment Terms

Full payment or an agreed-upon payment plan must be completed before coaching sessions commence.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of coaching services.

Commitment and Participation

Clients are expected to actively participate and complete any exercises or tasks assigned as part of the coaching program.

The success of the program depends on the client’s dedication and implementation of the strategies discussed.

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

The coach is not responsible for business outcomes, financial gains, or losses as a result of participation in the program.
